Everett Aaron
Everett Aaron is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Judah 1, providing strategic leadership for its aviation and humanitarian mission. A licensed private pilot, he continues to advance his aviation training while guiding the organization’s long-term vision and operational growth. His leadership reflects a commitment to excellence, stewardship, and service.
Prior to serving full-time with Judah 1, Everett held senior executive roles as Chief Information Officer and Director of IT for several large organizations. His background in technology, systems design, and operations has been instrumental in building the infrastructure and capabilities that support Judah 1’s global mission.
Everett is an ordained minister and brings a ministry-centered perspective to his leadership, ensuring that Judah 1’s work remains focused on service, integrity, and purpose.
Kathy Aaron
Kathy Aaron serves as Director of Medical Missions for Judah 1, overseeing medical outreach initiatives and mission support efforts. With more than three decades of experience as a registered nurse, she brings deep clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to the organization’s medical programs.
Her career has included extensive involvement in community service and mission-based medical work, shaping a practical and service-oriented approach to care. Kathy’s role focuses on coordinating medical teams, supporting mission partners, and ensuring effective delivery of medical assistance where it is most needed.
An ordained minister, Kathy integrates professional medical leadership with a strong commitment to service and ministry through Judah 1.
Melissa Stamper
Melissa Stamper serves as Chief of Staff for Judah 1, providing organizational leadership, strategic coordination, and executive support. She plays a key role in aligning operations, managing complex initiatives, and supporting leadership decision-making across the organization.
Prior to joining Judah 1, Melissa founded and led her own company, gaining extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and operational execution. Her background enables her to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to fast-moving and mission-driven environments.
Melissa is committed to strengthening Judah 1’s capacity to serve effectively, ensuring that systems and teams operate in support of its mission objectives.
Michael Anderson
Michael Anderson serves as Director of Maintenance for Judah 1, overseeing aircraft maintenance, operational readiness, and regulatory compliance. He brings extensive experience managing aviation maintenance and operational programs supporting both commercial and military aviation.
His professional background includes leadership roles in large aviation operations, with expertise in maintenance planning, program execution, contracts, and budget management. This experience provides Judah 1 with strong operational oversight and disciplined maintenance practices.
Michael’s commitment to service and ministry informs his work, ensuring that Judah 1’s aircraft remain mission-ready and safely operated in support of global outreach efforts.
Ray Saucier
Ray Saucier serves as Chief of Security for Judah 1, responsible for security planning, risk mitigation, and protective operations. He is an Army veteran with military police experience, including leadership roles in high-security and recovery operations.
Following his military service, Ray served for many years in law enforcement, ultimately achieving the rank of Sergeant. He later transitioned to the private sector, working as a regional manager for a security firm and providing security expertise across public and private environments.
Ray brings extensive training in executive protection, close-quarters defense, and security operations, supporting Judah 1’s commitment to safe and effective mission execution.
Bill Brunton
Bill Brunton serves as Director of Flight Operations for Judah 1, bringing decades of aviation leadership and instructional experience. He began flying in 1970 and quickly advanced through commercial and flight instructor certifications, launching a career dedicated to pilot training and flight operations.
Bill has held instructor, examiner, and chief pilot roles across corporate, charter, and training organizations. He has flown more than 160 aircraft types, holds multiple type ratings, and has logged over 18,000 flight hours, including extensive instructional time.
His depth of experience ensures high standards of safety, training, and operational excellence across Judah 1’s flight operations.
Alan Sheldon
Alan Sheldon serves as Director of Quality Assurance for Judah 1, overseeing compliance, safety systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. His role ensures that operational and maintenance activities meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Alan’s background includes work in both aviation and information technology, with experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Reliability Analyst, Database Administrator, and Quality Assurance Manager for Part 121 and Part 135 operations. He also previously worked as an IT Systems Engineer in the satellite communications industry.
He holds FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification, FCC General Radiotelephone Operator credentials, and IOSA Conformance Auditor certification, bringing a strong analytical and systems-focused approach to quality assurance at Judah 1.
