Required Documentation
Question
What documentation is required for passengers and cargo?
Answer
Documentation requirements depend on whether the mission is domestic or international and on the nature of the cargo. At minimum, we need accurate passenger identity details and a cargo manifest that describes what is being transported.
International missions may require passports, visas (where applicable), customs paperwork, and additional clearances. The most common source of delay is incomplete or late paperwork—early, accurate details are the best accelerator.
More Information
- For cargo: item description, weight, dimensions, and any regulated classification (batteries, chemicals, medical supplies).
- For international: passport numbers and expiration dates, plus destination contact info.
