Mission Cost

Question

How much does it cost to run a mission?

Answer

Mission cost depends on a number of factors including:

  • Route,
  • Aircraft Selected,
  • and Operational Constraints.

However, the largest variable is usually fuel (which changes by location and time), followed by distance flown, the number of legs, and whether the mission includes international operations.

  • Additional costs may include:
  • landing/handling fees,
  • overnight parking,
  • crew logistics,
  • and permit or clearance expenses.

We typically provide a mission estimate after we confirm the planned route, payload, passenger count, and timeline.

More Information

  • To get a fast estimate, include: origin + destination airports, desired dates, passenger count, cargo weight/volume, and urgency.
  • If your plans are flexible, tell us what can change (dates/airports/payload). Flexibility often reduces cost and increases options.
